Job Summary:
This role involves supporting product development and technology projects by coordinating with suppliers, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. It also includes managing administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with patent and procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of existing and new products and technologies based on relevant consumer insights to align with brand initiatives.
- Assist with key projects throughout the product development process as the RD Technical Assistant.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams to achieve key milestones and objectives.
- Coordinate with suppliers and order necessary items.
- Conduct desktop research and studies to gather technical data or information for the RD team.
- Read, understand, and apply IEC / IPPP / Engineering standards.
- Organize and schedule various meetings.
- Produce and distribute meeting minutes, memos, letters, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Arrange travel bookings for the RD team.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports for the RD team.
- Assist in drafting and filing patent, trademark, and copyright applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information for registration purposes.
- Support the team in preparing documents for procurement and agreements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights
Qualifications:
- Bechelor degree in a related science or engineering field
- 0-2 years of experience in engineering, research development, or product development, or project management. New graduate are welcome.
- Proven experience in intellectual property registration, preferably within the Thai context. (if any)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively provide feedback to project teams or immediate supervisors.
- Strong written communication skills for accurate data entry.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to seek information from others to accomplish objectives.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adapt effectively to change.
- Ability to execute multiple project objectives within established timelines.
- A desire to learn, apply, and enhance skills while seeking new opportunities.
- Excellent networking and communication skills.
- Proficient with common software applications, including MS Office.
- Good command of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 500)
