Supervisor - Engineering

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Site surveys for study project feasibility for solar system and potentially other energy solution (Energy efficiency, EV Charging station, other renewable energy) projects
•  Design and review a wide range of the solar system project
  • Project prelim design
  • PV system plant layout 
  • Electrical system
  • Mechanical system
  • Structural system
  • Security and Monitoring system
• Understand Thailand regulatory requirements, installation standards, and implementation costs
• Prepare the project documents to submit utilities (MEA/PEA), regulator (ERC) and the other parties for project licenses and permits
• Develop cost estimates of project that include all aspects of the project cycle
• Build relationships with the key contact persons such as Customers, Utilities and EPC partner.
• Participate in project execution, inspection and construction activities
• Report to Engineering Team Leader for supervision and validation of reports and designs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in engineering (Electrical, or Energy Technology)
• 3 years of experience in Solar energy or Renewable energy or Energy Efficiency
• Proficient skill in Auto CAD program, 3D Sketchup, and PVsyst
• Willingness to travel frequently, mostly in the up country or oversea
• Good command of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 600)
• Registration and/or membership of recognized Thailand engineering (COE) body is desirable
• Having valid driver’s license is required
