Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to communicate ESG data-related initiatives and gather feedback.
- Raise awareness of relevant staff on the importance of accurate ESG data management and reporting.
- Represent the company in relevant forums and working groups related to ESG digitalization.
1. ESG Data Platform Oversight
- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of ESG data management platform.
- Collaborate with D&I and other relevant functions to ensure the platform's alignment with overall digitalization strategy and sustainability goals.
- Monitor and manage platform performance, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards as well as international best practices.
2. Data Governance and Management
- Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks for ESG data collection, validation, and reporting from site to corporate office.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency across the organization.
- Coordinate with various functions to gather and consolidate ESG data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Public Disclosure and Reporting
- Oversee the timely and accurate disclosure of ESG data on the company's website and other public platforms.
- Collaborate with relevant functions to ensure that ESG information is presented in a clear, accessible, and engaging manner.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices in ESG reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
- Advanced degree in data management or a relevant field.
- Certifications in sustainability, ESG reporting, or data management.
- Basic knowledge of ESG standards, frameworks, and reporting requirements.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electric utilities, metals & mining, or oil & gas industries.
- Experience in managing projects in the conglomerate.
- Experience in integrating ESG practices into business processes.
- Strong technical skills, especially with data management platforms and digital tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
