Job Summary:
Responsibilities:

Welcome, greet and take care company guests and visitors in the professional service

Handle, screen and transfer incoming calls correctly and professionally

Receive and distribute incoming mails and packages

Maintain the meeting room reservation system

Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in any field
-
1 year experience in receptionist or customer services.
-
New graduates are welcome.

Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill and service mind

Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-
Good command of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 500)
