Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome, greet and take care company guests and visitors in the professional service

  • Handle, screen and transfer incoming calls correctly and professionally

  • Receive and distribute incoming mails and packages

  • Maintain the meeting room reservation system

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • 1 year experience in receptionist or customer services.

  •  New graduates are welcome. 

  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill and service mind

  • Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Good command of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 500)
