Internship Period: June 2026 - Septemper 2026 (2-4 months depending on university)

Internship Qualification:
• Undergraduate students currently studying in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th year - depending on each position and graduate students are welcome.
• GPA of 2.75 and above
• A 'Can-Do Attitude' and a willingness to learn
• Able to attend onsite internship program at Banpu Head Office as below address. 
           "27th Floor, Thanapoom Tower, 1550 New Petchburi Road, Makkasan, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400"  (Public Transportation: MRT Petchaburi or BTS Nana)
• International students are responsible for arranging their own Non-Immigrant ED Visa  and accommodation in Bangkok.

Responsibilities:

The People Services Intern will assist and support the HR Operations team in daily activities. This role provides exposure to various HR functions, including Recruitment, Employee Relations (ER), HR System Administration, and Expatriate Management, allowing the intern to gain a broad understanding of HR operations. 

 

Employee Relations (ER) Support

  • Assist with HR administrative and operational activitiesSupport coordination of internal HR activities and communications.
  • Assist in preparing information to support HR initiatives

Expatriate Management Support

  • Assist in preparing general documents related to expatriate employees
  • Support coordination of timelines and follow-up on related processes

Other HR Support

  • Support preparation of simple HR reports or data summaries as assigned
  • Support graphic and design-related tasks.
  • Support general administrative tasks 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
  • Good communication skills both Thai and English
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work well as part of a team
