Internship Period: January - April 2027 (2–4 months, depending on university requirements)
First Day of Onboarding and Orientation: 4 January 2027 (A must)

Internship Qualifications
• Undergraduate students currently studying in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year, depending on the requirements of each position. Graduate students are also welcome to apply.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Demonstrate a “Can-Do Attitude” and willingness to learn.
• Able to participate in the onsite internship program at Banpu Head Office:

Public transportation: MRT Phetchaburi or BTS Nana
• International students are responsible for arranging their own Non-Immigrant ED Visa and accommodation in Bangkok.

Responsibilities:
A. People Analytics & Business Insights
● Colect, clean, and structure Banpu People data from internal Banpu People platforms to ensure high data integrity.
● Perform data analysis and statistical evaluations to uncover workforce patterns, trends, and bottlenecks.
● Support leadership decision-making by delivering data-driven summaries, executive presentations, and evidence-based recommendations.
● Assist in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and performance reports. B. Generative AI & Agent Prototyping
● Research, test, and prototype practical Generative AI use cases aligned with human resources and operational workflows.
● Build, evaluate, and iterate on AI agents and custom prompt pipelines within testing playgrounds/sandboxes. C. Collaboration & Documentation
● Work closely with team members and internal stakeholders to translate business problems into technical and analytical requirements.
● Document data pipelines, prompt templates, agent logic, and project deliverables for knowledge handover.
Qualifications:
Education & Academic Background
● Currently enroled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative disciplines. Technical Competencies
