Internship Period: November 2025 - March 2026 (2-4 months depending on university)

Internship Qualification:
• Undergraduate students currently studying in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th year - depending on each position and graduate students are welcome.
• GPA of 2.75 and above
• A 'Can-Do Attitude' and a willingness to learn
• Able to attend onsite internship program at Banpu Head Office as below address.
"27th Floor, Thanapoom Tower, 1550 New Petchburi Road, Makkasan, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400" (Public Transportation: MRT Petchaburi or BTS Nana)
• International students are responsible for arranging their own Non-Immigrant ED Visa and accommodation in Bangkok.

Responsibilities:
Execute Employee Engagement Initiatives:
- Implement the socialization program and communication plan on a companywide scale.
- Enhance employee engagement and improve their experience with HR digital products and the broader HR ecosystem.
Review and Adapt Strategies:
- Regularly review and refine the socialization program and communication plan to align with evolving requirements.
- Incorporate innovative and trendy ideas to maintain relevance and impact.
Data Utilization and Analytics:
- Analyze provided data to generate insightful and creative analytics supporting HR management and employee development.
Content Creation and Activity Leadership:
- Develop compelling communication materials tailored to various audiences.
- Organize and lead socialization activities to promote HR digital tools and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Any field is acceptable for the currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Proficient in using Ai applications to create and design the communication materials e.g. poster, presentation, etc. and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. The familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to propose innovative ideas.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Be confident in public speaking skills and the ability to lead activities or events.
