Internship Period: January - April 2027 (2–4 months, depending on university requirements)
First Day of Onboarding and Orientation: 4 January 2027 (A must)

Internship Qualifications
• Undergraduate students currently studying in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year, depending on the requirements of each position. Graduate students are also welcome to apply.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Demonstrate a “Can-Do Attitude” and willingness to learn.
• Able to participate in the onsite internship program at Banpu Head Office:

• International students are responsible for arranging their own Non-Immigrant ED Visa and accommodation in Bangkok.

Responsibilities:

Support customer contact operations across multiple communication channels, including phone, LINE OA, email, Facebook, and other platforms.

Assist in screening, classifying, and routing customer requests, including sales inquiries, technical issues, payment and transaction inquiries, and general service requests, to the appropriate teams.

Support the monitoring of operational and technical services across the company’s products, including site status, system alarms, customer issues, and required follow-up actions.

Coordinate with technicians, engineers, vendors, Sales, Finance, and other relevant teams on task assignments, progress follow-up, and case resolution.

Maintain case logs, ticket status, and customer follow-up records, and assist in preparing daily and weekly operational reports.

Support operational planning through workload tracking, backlog monitoring, site status analysis, job prioritization, and identification of opportunities to improve service efficiency.

Assist in analyzing operational data to improve service quality, reduce unnecessary workload, and enhance overall operational performance.

Perform ad hoc duties and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Communication, Information Technology, or other related fields.

Demonstrate an interest in customer service, technical services, operations planning, and the energy or technology business.

Possess good communication skills in Thai and basic proficiency in English.

Able to coordinate effectively with different teams and follow up on assigned tasks through completion.

Possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare reports and presentations.

Service-minded with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to a fast-changing work environment.
