Manager - Service Operations

Job Summary:

As a Manager - Service Operations, you will oversee our company’s digital products and services. Your scope work are cloud services (IaaS, SaaS) monitoring, maintaining application performance, resolving incidents and system issues, continuously exploring and implementing new technologies to ensure our services are secure, consistent and reliable.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly perform housekeeping such as data backup, performance tuning and unused data, logs and services clean up
  • Regularly perform health check and optimize cloud infrastructure, cloud services and our applications
  • Continuously assess system performance and recommend improvements
  • Resolve issues or incident escalated by Call Center
  • Ensure proper security measures are implemented to comply with PDPA and suggest improvement as needed
  • Control costs and budgets regarding Cloud Services and IT systems
  • Implement ticketing system tools and make sure all stakeholders understand and intuitively use it as tools to handle incidents and service request
  • Provide management reports as requested

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
  • Proven experience as Service Operations Manager
  • Experience with system installation, configuration and analysis
  • Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing
  • Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation (e.g. PDPA)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and leading team
  • Outstanding communication skills and problem-solving aptitude
  • Good Command of English (TOEIC score 700 and above)
