Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Consolidation Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and consolidating financial statements for the group, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, group accounting policies, and reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with TFRS and group accounting policies and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of intercompany eliminations, and consolidation adjustments to support complete and error-free reporting
  • Collaborate with subsidiaries and related entities to collect financial information, investigate variance and resolve discrepancies. Provide guidance on complex accounting issues
  • Review and assess subsidiaries financial statements to ensure consistency with group accounting policies
  • Maintain consolidation system and collaborate with finance IT to optimize functionality
  • Support the preparation of management reports including variance analysis and financial commentary for consolidated results
  • Facilitate external and internal audits by providing required documentation and responding promptly to audit inquiries
  • Monitor updates to accounting standards and proactively implement necessary changes across the group
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and automation of the consolidation and reporting processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, tax, and operations to align financial reporting with broader business objectives
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of accounting-related experience, with a focus on financial reporting and consolidation under TFRS and IFRS, experience in a public accounting firm or a large multinational company is a plus
  • Comprehensive knowledge of TFRS and IFRS; particularly in areas such as consolidation and business combination
  • Experience with consolidation software (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle, Hyperion) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Good communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with subsidiaries and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken (Minimum TOEIC Score 700)
