Job Summary:
First Line Manager - Audit and Compliance - Corporate Governance
Responsibilities:
- Support Committee and Directors major tasks in corporate governance to be implemented as planned
- Create Corporate Governance Implementation Program to enhance CG best practices to be embedded in corporate culture among Banpu Group and be able to assess and standardize CG Compliances
- Providing the progress report of the implementation to the committee/Board of directors.
- Creating means to assess corporate best practices of the organization.
- Implement promotion activities to enhance Corporate Governance best practices in corporate culture.
- Prepare CG related information for One report, filing form 56-1, AGM and CG Report.
- Update website content according to CG principles of disclosure and transparency.
- Complete and submit CAC Anti Corruption self assessment.
- Follow up and monitor CG complaint/Whistle Blower Policy and report
Qualifications:
- Master degree in related fields.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance rules and regulations.
- Policy development, policy implementation, change management.
- Corporate Governance, Board Governance.
- Resulted oriented, Proactive, Attention to detail and collaborative nature.
- Good understanding of corporate culture and norm.
- Outstanding communications skills, Solid interpersonal expertise.
- Good command of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 700)
