Internship Period: November 2025 - March 2026 (2-4 months depending on university)

Internship Qualification:
• Undergraduate students currently studying in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th year - depending on each position and graduate students are welcome.
• GPA of 2.75 and above
• A 'Can-Do Attitude' and a willingness to learn
• Able to attend onsite internship program at Banpu Head Office as below address. 
           "27th Floor, Thanapoom Tower, 1550 New Petchburi Road, Makkasan, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400"  (Public Transportation: MRT Petchaburi or BTS Nana)
• International students are responsible for arranging their own Non-Immigrant ED Visa  and accommodation in Bangkok.

Banpu Internship E-Catalog

Responsibilities:

Banpu Academy is looking for passionate and curious university students to join our Learning Solution Design team. This internship will offer hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning solutions across Banpu’s global business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the end-to-end process of learning solution design – from research, needs analysis, to content development.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating leadership and technical capability development programs.
• Help design creative learning materials and communication tools to enhance learner engagement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support key learning initiatives.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions, internal meetings, and knowledge-sharing events.
• Explore and contribute ideas related to digital learning tools, platforms, and innovation in corporate learning.

Qualifications:

• University students in HR, Social science, Education, Business, Communication Arts, or related fields.
• Passionate about learning and development, people growth and creating impact through people capability development
• Creative, learning-oriented, strong communication and coordination skills
• Good command of Thai and English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with Canva, video editing, or learning platforms is a plus.
