Job Summary:

Maintains the computer networks and systems of various teams, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.

While located in the Bangkok office, this position will provide support to the Banpu Japan Office. (Working hours: weekdays, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Bangkok time)

Responsibilities:

· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

· Providing technical support across the office.

· Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

· Diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical problems.

· Providing IT devices needed for each employee as per company policy.

· Supporting new project production activities.

· Supporting IT ticket, permission SharePoint.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer, IT, Technology, Computer Sciences, Software or related.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT functions.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Unix/Linux.

· Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.

· Analytical skills to identify problems and provide solutions.

· Proactive and service-minded and can work under pressure and change.

· Good command of English and Japanese.

· Able to communicate with the regional team in English.
