Job Summary:
This role will primarily focus on recruitment, talent development and operational support for Banpu NEXT business and its subsidiary companies.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the corporate recruitment team to support talent sourcing, interviewing, and assessment.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring operations for both local and international business units.
- Work with talent development squad team to execute talent branding.
- Support HR measurement and analytics to ensure the impactful of HR projects.
- Support HR administration related to payroll and benefits, as well as other HR functions for overseas and non-Thai staff.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- Having 5 years of experience in HR generalist from multinational firm, specialized in recruitment and payroll is preferable.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external parties.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (TOEIC score 700 and above)
