Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company’s CSR strategy including the creation of annual goals and objectives, action plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and manage CSR programs and initiatives aligned with Banpu’s CSR theme 'Embracing Potential, Energizing People,' including CSR campaigns, employee volunteer programs, and community outreach efforts.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to promote Banpu's CSR focus on human potential development among key stakeholders through appropriate channels, while highlighting the organization’s commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as non-profit organizations, academic institutes and government agencies, and media to promote Banpu's CSR efforts and increase visibility.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on the Company’s CSR activities, results, and impact, and share them with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Other Develop plans and implement corporate communications works (media relations, branding, and internal engagement) aligning to brand and communications strategy as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mass communications, Communication Arts, Social Administrative, Social Sciences or related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, corporate communications, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Having knowledge of and staying updated on global trends in CSR initiatives and sustainability is an advantage.
  • Having experience and knowledge in managing social media platforms
  • Able to travel aboard and upcountry as assignment
  • Willing to work hard and sometimes at odd hours
  • Good command of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 700)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other programs relevant to corporate communications.
