Coal Centers and Logistics Operation (Tamaka) Officer

Job Summary:

Responsible for receiving and dispatching coal as well as controlling sale documents, stock summary reports and expense reports of Tamaka distribution center before submitting to Accounting Department for further action. Also responsible for controlling weighing machine and office supplies for readiness of work.

Responsibilities:

• Summarize and prepare reports of incoming and outgoing coal on daily and monthly basis.
• Check coal transport documents both incoming and outgoing, issue daily summary reports of quantity of incoming and outgoing coal with accuracy, then submit to Thai Logistics Support
• Coordinate with leaders of communities around Tamaka distribution center to avoid resistance
• Coordinate with Thai Sale to update daily quantity of incoming and outgoing coal as well as balance in coal stock
• Examine weighing machine, office supplies and weighing software for readiness of work
• Summarize and make expense clearance costs of hiring contractors for coal shoveling on monthly as well as manage financial issues of Tamaka distribution center according to monthly budget.

Qualifications:

• High vocational degree in mining or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in coal mining, production and mixing, quality control and delivery 
• Having Good relationship with communities
• Good computer literacy is an advantage
