BD Manager - Data Center & AI

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Data Center Business Development Specialist to identify and establish partnerships, understand market trends, and negotiate deals for our emerging AI data center business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies and data center operations, along with excellent negotiation and market analysis skills.

Responsibilities:

1.Partnership Development:
• Identify potential AI data center partners and establish strategic relationships.
• Collaborate with partners to develop mutually beneficial agreements and solutions.
2.Market Analysis:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities in the AI data center industry.
• Analyze competitive landscape and provide strategic recommendations.
3. Deal Negotiation:
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements with partners and clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to close deals and drive business growth.
4. Strategic Planning:
• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our presence in the AI data center market.
• Stay current with industry advancements and integrate new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, particularly within the AI and data center sectors.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and data center operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.
