AI Integrator
Posting Date:

Job Function:
IT and Digital technology
Company:
Banpu Public Company Limited
Location:
Thailand
Job Summary:
The AI Integrator gives the CEO one consolidated view of all AI across Banpu Group — and ensures every use case delivers measurable business value. Sitting within Organization Transformation, this role acts as the strategic bridge between leadership, business units, and technology teams, driving AI adoption coherently from strategy to operations. The role operates across four areas: portfolio visibility, ROI measurement, AI adoption (inorganic & organic), and cross-team coordination.
Responsibilities:
1. Portfolio & CEO Dashboard
- Maintain the AI Initiative Registry — all use cases with owner, stage, and live status across Assets and Corporate.
- Operate the CEO single-view dashboard: portfolio heatmap, risk flags, and value indicators.
- Curate and present the quarterly AI Portfolio Review pack for Excom and Transformation Committee.
- Run the intake process so every new initiative is captured from day one.
2. Value Capture & ROI Measurement
- Own and publish the group-wide ROI methodology across productivity, cost, revenue, and risk.
- Apply pre/post measurement to every use case passing the pilot gate.
- Operate the AI Value Scorecard linked to CEO KPIs; surface laggards and outperformers each quarter.
3. AI Adoption — Inorganic & Organic
- Inorganic: Collaborate with external consultants, HR, Banpu Academy, and Digital & Innovation to introduce and integrate ready-made AI solutions into business units.
- Organic: Work alongside Deploy Engineers to embed AI naturally into existing departmental workflows — ensuring adoption is sustainable, not forced.
- Translate CEO Change Agenda into top-down use cases; set context and advocate for AI adoption at department level.
4. Coordination & Cadence
- Bi-weekly registry syncs with Asset AI leads; monthly AI Operating Council with Strategic Capability Group.
- Monthly and quarterly portfolio reviews with the Transformation Committee.
- Coordinate with Tech Stack Builder (Cloud, Data Architecture, Cybersecurity, IoT, Enterprise Architecture) to ensure AI use cases are technically viable and secure.
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields; Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
- 10+ years in strategy, business transformation, management consulting, or enterprise program management.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex, multi-workstream portfolios into executive-ready communication.
- Experience designing or applying ROI / value measurement frameworks in a corporate context.
- Strong stakeholder management — comfortable with C-suite executives, BU leads, and technical AI teams alike.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts, use-case types, and enterprise AI lifecycle (builder experience not required).
- Ability to work in a Change Agent capacity — translating strategic direction into departmental action across diverse teams.
Preferred
- Experience in Digital Strategy and Digital Transformation.
- Experience in a federated or matrixed multinational; energy or industrial sector a plus.
- Exposure to AI governance, data architecture, cybersecurity, or enterprise risk frameworks.
- Experience working alongside AI COEs, Deploy Engineers, data teams, or digital transformation units.
- Familiarity with both inorganic (vendor/consultant-led) and organic (internal) AI adoption approaches.
