Mining Business Analyst and Planning

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct operational analysis for mining business value stream in order to increase productivity and efficiency including cost reduction.
• Advise, introduce mechanism, tools, methodology to enhance and reinforce continuous improvement to achieve the best practice under mining business scope of work.
• Conduct performance, financial analysis for support management decision.
• Support mining business strategic target guideline with advance analysis.
• Support, review, and guide for project initiation and operation planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Finanacial, MBA or related field
• Optimization or operations research or related field would be preferred
• At least 5 years working experience in analysis of mining business or related field
• Specialized experience includes planning, organizing and coordinating on major research projects
• Good analytical skill, financial modeling and economic evaluation experiences would be a plus
• Good team work and cooperation, communication and presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-minded
• Good command of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 600)
