Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team. Primary focus will be on post fixture follow-up and coordination, ensuring smooth contract and operation progress and enhancing communication across various departments.

Responsibilities:

Post Fixture Follow-Up – Contracts (Renewal / Terms / Spot Deal)  

  • Collaborate closely to ensure coordination and monitor the progress of contracts.
  • Manage loading month details such as vessel nomination and laycan for both short-term and long-term agreements.
  • Oversee Letter of Credit terms and conditions quantity and quality requirements.
  • Follow up on post-loading activities and maintain vigilant monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate records and efficient bookkeeping.

Collaboration with Internal Departments

  • Forge strong connections with internal teams including Affiliated Company in Indonesia such as administration department, short term shipping coordination team, Quality Team, Compliance Team and affiliated company in Australia (marketing Team).

Data Collection

  • Gather essential data related to the coal market.
  • Stay up to date with the latest customer updates.
  • Assist in scheduling both monthly and weekly meetings, including preparing meeting memos.

Business Trip Planning

  • Strategize and plan travel itineraries effectively and handle claims and reimbursements as required.
  • Collaborate with the General affair department to make necessary arrangements such as booking travel, accommodations, and managing miscellaneous travel needs.
  • Undertake tasks as directed by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, international business, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Having 5 years of experience in sales management and 2 years of experience in coal or other commodity trading is preferable; however, fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Excellent command of English (Minimum TOEIC score 700); proficiency in additional languages like Mandarin, Japanese is a valued asset.
  • A strong commercial acumen is highly preferable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and business dynamic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Power BI.
