Supervisor - Digital Product Managment

Job Summary:
The Supervisor of Digital Product Management is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing digital products for the Beijing office, power plants, and solar farms. This role uses development or low-code tools to create new digital solutions, collaborates with third-party partners when needed, and provides digital coaching to power plant and solar digital teams. The role also ensures existing products remain up to date, supports the continued development of a digital transformation culture across the business, and coordinates key meetings and activities for the digital transformation team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and needs.
- Independently develop new digital products using development or low-code tools, and ensure they are properly maintained and stable in operation.
- Collaborate with third-party partners to develop digital products when required.
- Support the timely maintenance of existing digital products and systems as required.
- Coach power plant and solar digital teams to support the successful delivery of digital products.
- Contribute to strengthening Banpu China’s digital culture and capability building.
- Coordinate events and meetings for the digital team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation or digital product delivery.
• Strong communication skills with business partners, management, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with design thinking and agile delivery models.
- Basic coding skills and experience using low-code or AI tools to deliver digital products efficiently.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
Preferred Certifications / Experience (Optional)

- Agile or Scrum certification.
- Project or product management certification, such as PMP or Product Owner.
- Digital transformation experience in the energy sector, such as power plants or solar farms, is preferred.
