Supervisor - Business Support - Executives Assistant

Job Summary

1) Assist Deputy President in data colletion& analysis occurred in the routine coal mine operation work inclduing coal production information，coal product & sales and other related financial data,  help to reporting to BIC hq if required.  

2) Assist in communication and cooperation among business partners and participates in knowledge sharing and business support among  different units within Banpu Group including BIC,CHN/TEY AUS/TCM INDO. 

3) Assist in meeting gethering and  guest reception and accompaniment when BIC and Banpu managers visit mine site of Gaohe and Lu'an， taken as a coordinator.

4)  Accomplish  all the temporary tasks assigned by the vice president or Gaohe Jv as required. 

Key Role and Responsibilities

1) Assist in data collection,  and analyzing in production operation, collet daily, weekly, monthly production and operation data and compile the analysis reports to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data collection.  

2) Assist in preparing important meeting materials, organizing meeting minutes and tracking the implementation of key resolution matters, to ensure the effective implementation of BIC management instructions and smooth cooperation with the partner.

3) Complete the special tasks and temporary tasks assigned by the Deputy president and support the overall operation management of the mine.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Public Relation/Coal Business/Finance  and related fields; 
• CET-6 certified, with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to meet daily work and basic business communication in English.
• Good ability in communication skills and business sense. 
• Working experience in coal  company is preferred;
• Those who can adapt to the assignment of long-term working in different locations or local staff will be given priority.
