Key Responsibilities

IT Architecture Management

• Ensure IT architecture is current and scalable to meet future business needs, including integration of cloud and virtualization solutions.
• Maintain compliance with corporate strategy and local regulations.

Data & Security Management

• Oversee data storage, backup, and recovery to guarantee data integrity and availability across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Implement robust cybersecurity measures and support ISO 27001 compliance.
• Ensure IT operations adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements.

Service Management

• Supervise the service desk and daily IT service operations.
• Conduct data analysis to generate actionable business insights.

System Operations & Maintenance

• Manage daily IT operations and coordinate incident response, including cloud and virtualized infrastructure.
• Maintain and regularly test the BCM disaster recovery platform.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure, from procurement to decommissioning.

Cross-Functional Support & Collaboration

• Provide remote second-line IT support for Power Plant and Solar site operations.
• Gather and analyze user requirements to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Strong service-oriented mindset.
• Oral and written English communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001 processes and cybersecurity laws/regulations.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Alibaba or similar).
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
• Experience in multinational companies is a plus.
