Job Summary:

Develop and manage C&I electricity customers and channel partners, delivering contracted volume, revenue and collection targets. 

Responsibilities:

 Develop regional sales plans and deliver customer acquisition, contracted volume and revenue targets; build and continuously expand the C&I offtakers and channel pipeline.  

 Collect customer electricity demand, load profile, renewable-energy needs and procurement processes, and work with the trading team to develop tailored electricity supply, green power and green certificate solutions. 

 Lead customer engagement, solution presentations, commercial negotiations, pricing and power supply contract execution, including customer registration, market onboarding and account setup.  

 Build and maintain long-term customer relationships; identify renewal and cross-selling opportunities and resolve contract, settlement and service issues through internal coordination.  

 Develop partnerships with industrial parks, industry associations, energy-service providers and channel partners to expand business opportunities. 

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs, providing feedback for product development and commercial strategy. 

 Manage customer credit risk, support billing, reconciliation and payment collection, and ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and approval requirements. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Energy, Electrical Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• 5–8 years of experience in power retail, electricity sales, integrated energy solutions, or B2B sales to C&I customers. Existing relationships with industrial customers, industrial parks, large commercial users or other high electricity-consuming customers are preferred; familiarity with Jiangsu electricity market and customer contracting processes is preferred.
