Officer_Trade Finance

Core responsibilities:
1. Trade Settlement：
 Accurately and efficiently settle energy trading contracts (e.g.Coal,Iron ), including verification, accounts receivable payable management.
 Monitor trade execution, ensure settlement data accuracy, and promptly communicate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.
 Familiar with energy trading regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
2. Financial Analysis：
Conduct financial analysis on energy trading activities, including cost, profit, risk, etc., to support decision-making.
Prepare Sales statements and reports related to trading, such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements.
Analyze trade cost structures, propose cost-saving measures, and continuously optimize cost-benefit ratios.
Familiar with international trade tax policies, capable of rationalizing tax structures, ensuring corporate tax compliance, and effectively reducing tax burdens.
3. Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks in energy trading, such as price, credit, currency exchange, and propose mitigation strategies.
Monitor trade contract execution to ensure compliance with company policies and risk control requirements.
Assist in establishing and improving financial risk management systems and processes.
4. Others:
Assist in Internal annual audits.
Participate in financial system optimization and upgrades.
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications：
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of financial experience in the energy trading industry, familiar with trade settlement processes and financial analysis.
Skills: Proficient in financial software and office software, strong data analysis skills.
Language: Fluent in English, with proficiency in reading and writing English business documents and conducting international communications.
Personal quality: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
