Responsibilities:

Perform full set of accounting operations including AR, AP, FA, inventory, GL etc. for coal trading company and an offshore company
Prepare and submit IFRS and PRC financial statements timely and accurately
Accurate tax declaration before the deadline, ensure compliance with tax regulations, manage tax issues and support tax inspection,
Verify sales statements, issue sales invoices to customers in a timely manner, monitoring account receivables and collection status
Review the payment application forms and employee reimbursement reports
Support external audit (IFRS and PRC) and internal audit
Prepare monthly forecast and annual budget, monitoring the budget usage
Prepare and submit statistical reports and other reports required by local governments on time and compliance with laws and regulations
actively coordinate with sales team and provide support for solving business challenges
Filing the accounting documents on time and comply with accounting standards and internal requirements
Other ad-hoc tasks

Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance, familiar with Chinese GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations;

Hands on with proactivity and forward-thinking mindset, able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills (written and oral, both English and Mandarin) and teamwork spirit;
