Production Mineworker - Clarence

About the Role

We are currently looking for Underground Mineworkers that want to build a lucrative career in the mining industry and secure a role with our western based operation – Clarence Colliery.

Reporting to the Mine Deputy, your responsibilities will include

•    Operation of machinery and vehicles to support achievement of coal production targets
•    Assist with the installation, servicing and repairs of machinery and equipment
•    Assist to identify and report any safety concerns and possible improvements
•    Communicate with and report to Mine Deputy pre and post shift to ensure effective shift consultation

Suitable candidates will have

•    Driver’s license
•    Excellent work ethic and attendance record
•    Commitment to site safety, operational practices, and mine production targets
•    Previous experience in an similar underground mining role preferred but not essential
