About the 2027 Bright Futures Graduate Program

Our Bright Futures Graduate Program is designed to develop the next generation of industry leaders.

Commencing in early 2027, this structured two-year graduate program provides Mining Engineering graduates with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across our operations while building strong technical and leadership capabilities.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real operational projects, and gain exposure to the technology and systems that power our underground mining operations.

This program combines practical on-site experience with structured development, ensuring you graduate with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to build a successful career in the energy and resources industry.

What do you need for a Bright Future with Centennial?

•    Have recently completed or be completing a Bachelor of Mining Engineering, or similar (by the end of 2026)
•    Be willing to live and work near our operations in the Lithgow region
