Control Room Operator - Clarence

We are currently looking for a Control Room Operator to support operations at Clarence Colliery.

Reporting to the Production Manager, your role will be responsible for

•    Coordinating the whereabouts of workers and machinery on site
•    Response to critical alarms and systems monitoring
•    Action and coordinate first response procedures in the event of an emergency
•    Data input for production

Suitable candidates will have

• Strong computer usage skills, including MS Office suite.
• Current first aid certification
• A commitment to safety and operational targets
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Positive attitude towards teamwork and working with others
• Previous use of Pulse software and experience working in an underground mine control room may be advantageous
• Ability to work within shift work hours
