We are currently looking for a motivated and innovative Business Analyst to support the design, deployment and ongoing management of Centennial’s technology and software solutions. This role is perfect for an Information Technology professional looking to take their IT career to the next level.
Working from our Sydney CBD corporate office, this opportunity will include occasional travel to operational and corporate sites in the Lake Macquarie and Lithgow regions.
Reporting to the Information Technology Service & Software Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for
- Key internal contact for ERP related issues, bug fixes, and updates, liaising closely with external ERP support staff and developers
- Management and key account contact for Service Now environment
- Liaising with external support personnel during escalations, prioritisations, and feedback sessions
- Leading IT Project implementations and engaging with project stakeholders.
- Supporting key corporate software lifecycle management including writing/executing test protocols, software function specifications, and new feature rollouts
- Working with internal teams to provide user training, policies/procedures, and streamlining internal workflows
- Managing procurement activities, including contract renewals, purchasing, budget reviews, and controlling expenditure

Suitable candidates will have
- Knowledge and experience with ERP Systems and their business processes (including specific platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Tertiary level qualifications in Information Technology, Information Systems or similar
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar type of role
- Previous experience writing IT related reports, training guides and documents
- Strong customer support centric mindset
- Efficient organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of service level agreements and operational level agreements with IT vendors may be advantageous
